About Us

Kandi has been around real estate for over 20 years, primarily assisting the closing process for new home buyers to seal the deal. With her background and expertise at several title companies, she brings a wealth a knowledge to educate clients and ensure things run smoothly up until closing. She has experience in both major Texas metroplexes in the DFW and Houston areas. Currently she resides with her husband Manuel in Conroe, TX with their young schnauzer Luci. Her passions lie in tending to her garden in the backyard, taking walks with Luci, and traveling to visit her two wonderful kids and three grandbabies.
